Vultr is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Senior People Business Partner to support organizational effectiveness, manager capability, and employee engagement across a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, partnering closely with the business to strengthen team performance, enhance organizational effectiveness, and guide key people-related decisions. You will play a critical role in helping leaders scale their teams effectively while fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and engaging culture. The ideal candidate brings strong business partnership experience, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity. You are highly collaborative, operationally strong, and comfortable balancing strategic advisory work with hands-on execution. As a key member of the People Business Partner team, you will work closely with leadership, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to support a seamless employee experience and ensure consistent application of people programs across the organization. As a key member of the People Operations team, you will work cross-functionally with leadership, Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Benefits, and People Operations to support scalable people programs and ensure a strong employee experience across the organization.
