As the Senior People & Culture Manager, you model the Fairmont Century Plaza values of respect, integrity, teamwork, and empowerment through leadership that facilitates extraordinary careers and lasting memories for the People & Culture and Hotel team. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture Department and plays a critical role in implementing the People & Culture strategy. The position involves engaging with candidates throughout the workflow, managing benefits, developing and updating policies, coordinating training, maintaining employee records, and acting as a resource for all hotel colleagues. It also involves working with Payroll, supporting department managers with colleague activities and committees, and handling administrative tasks related to various leave and claims.
