Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Pega development and architecture.
• CSA and CSSA certifications (expected prerequisites).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Pega Blueprint.
• Pega certifications (CLSA).
• Experience with cloud platforms or microservices architecture.
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.
• Experience with Pega Cloud or Pega Customer Service / BPM frameworks.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience testing applications in Banking domain.

Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience to Pega Infinity/Constellation platform versions (8.x or above).
• Deep knowledge of: Case Management, Pega Data Pages & Data Modeling, Integration Services (REST, SOAP, Connectors), UI/UX (Sections, Harnesses, Cosmos), Decisioning basics (if applicable).
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience leading large or complex Pega implementations.
