About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities. Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements. Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance. Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications. Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards. Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

Requirements

  • PEGA CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification
  • Understanding of Pega Case Management, Decisioning, and UI frameworks
  • Experience with Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, file-based, and JMS)
  • Working knowledge of Pega Dev Studio and App Studio
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar automation platforms
  • Familiarity with Git or other source control systems
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL concepts
  • Exposure to performance tuning and production support in Pega applications
  • Experience using JIRA and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
