Senior PCB Designer

Nesco Resource•Lansdale, PA

About The Position

Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Senior PCB Designer with strong RF layout expertise to join its engineering team. The role focuses on designing complex, high-speed, multilayer PCBs for mission-critical applications, preferably in the defense or aerospace industry. It calls for technical knowledge of RF design principles, signal integrity, and industry compliance standards, as well as proficiency with Altium Designer, Siemens Xpedition (Mentor), and Cadence Allegro. The designer will develop RF and high-speed digital boards, including rigid, flex, and rigid-flex designs; support the product lifecycle in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams; prepare fabrication and assembly documentation; and assist with prototype bring-up, testing, and debugging. The role also includes compliance work, resolving design-for-manufacturing and design-for-test issues with external partners, and providing technical leadership and mentorship. Nesco Resource describes the work as involving cutting-edge RF and mission-critical defense technologies, a collaborative engineering culture, competitive compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to contribute to national security programs. Its benefits package for associates includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan with medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and Employee Assistance Program services. The company states that it provides equal employment opportunities and prohibits discrimination and harassment.
