About The Position

This role is responsible for supporting ongoing Global payroll operations within a structured risk and controls framework, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll delivery across multiple countries. Key responsibilities include executing end-to-end global payroll processing, coordinating with in-country providers and vendors, managing employee payroll data and lifecycle changes, administering benefits and statutory contributions, and ensuring compliance with local tax and labor regulations. The role also supports payroll reporting, audit readiness, and governance activities while serving as a key liaison across HR, Finance, and external partners to drive consistency, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across the global payroll function.

Requirements

  • Workday experience is required
  • End to end payroll processing.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a payroll specialist or payroll administrator type role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including creating formulas, Pivot Tables, and the use of VLOOKUP.
  • Attention to detail, comfort with numbers, problem-solving ability, and the ability to operate in a highly confidential setting.
  • Experience with payroll taxes and quarterly/annual reconciliations with the ability to troubleshoot issues resulting in root cause identification.

Nice To Haves

  • strong preference for candidates who have also supported with other major payroll/HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recommend process improvements such as training, customization, automation, and enhancements to maximize the value and efficiency of our client’s payroll/HRIS platform
  • Build and maintain client relationships in a customer-centric environment
  • Successfully manage several projects and/or clients simultaneously in a highly organized manner
  • Create and document standard payroll processing procedures.
  • Work in a virtual team environment or autonomously completing tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Provide payroll compliance assistance and guidance, as well as communicate best practices
  • Prioritizes meeting client deliverables and deadlines
