About The Position

Senior Payroll Specialist (Remote / DMV based candidates) Our client is a national organization is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to support and stabilize its payroll function. This is a fully remote (DMV based candidates only) role with strong leadership support, excellent benefits, and long-term stability. The organization values professionalism, accuracy, and clear communication and is looking for someone who can be a trusted owner of payroll operations.

Requirements

• Hands-on payroll experience in a multi-state environment
• Experience with a major payroll platform (ADP preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Professional communication style and steady execution

Nice To Haves

• Payroll certifications and advanced systems experience are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day payroll processing for a multi-state employee population
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
• Partner closely with HR and Accounting leadership
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related questions
• Contribute to process improvement and documentation as needed
