The Senior Payroll & HR Systems Specialist will be responsible for accurate and timely semi-monthly multi-state payroll processing using UKG, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role involves auditing payroll transactions, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with Finance and external providers. Additionally, the specialist will manage HR data governance, assist with compliance reporting (EEO-1, ACA, OSHA, VETS-4212), and support the compensation process. A key part of the role is serving as the primary administrator for UKG HRIS, Payroll, Recruiting, Timekeeping, Performance Management, and Learning modules, managing workflows, ensuring data integrity, and configuring system settings. The specialist will also provide user support, develop training materials, generate HR reports and analytics, drive process improvements through automation and system enhancements, and manage vendor relationships. The role may also involve assisting with other HR responsibilities such as recruitment, employee relations, and benefits.
