A Senior Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients. This position balances a complex daily workload, with multiple conflicting priorities, while providing superior customer service. Requirements
- 2 years experience in a Patient Care Coordinator or customer service type role.
- 1 year Patient Care Coordinator type role within Providence or 2 years external administrative medical office type role.
Nice To Haves
- 2 years Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
