This position is responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients in a surgical and/or non-surgical setting. Requirements

  • 2 years experience in healthcare setting with increased responsibilities or 1 year experience in Patient Care Coordinator type role.

Nice To Haves

  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
