About The Position

Crossroads Bible Church is seeking a full-time Senior Pastor to preach the Word of God and shepherd the people of God. Crossroads is an international church composed of people who are Brazilian, Pakistani, Indian, American, German, Puerto Rican, Haitian, Mexican and Canadian. We are conservative in doctrine and social issues and Pre-mill and Pre-Trib. We are stable financially and have a committed core group of people but we are small in size (45-55). We support missionaries across the world. Have AWANA on Friday evening. Souled Out Cafe on the second Tuesday of the month. A New Life recovery group on Monday. A prayer meeting via Zoom on Wednesday. Our facilities have been remodeled over the last 10 years.

Requirements

• Preach the Word of God
• Shepherd the people of God
• Conservative in doctrine and social issues
• Pre-mill and Pre-Trib theology
• Experience leading a board of Deacons
• Experience leading prayer meetings
• Experience administrating church activities
• Experience overseeing church repairs
• Experience preaching Sunday mornings
• Experience leading adult Sunday school classes

Benefits

• Salary: $50,000-55,000
• 3 bedroom parsonage plus utilities
