About The Position

Pathway Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Pastor. This role requires a hands-on leader who will be responsible for pulpit ministry and everyday church administration. The Pastor will deliver weekly, biblically sound, gospel-centered sermons that align with historic Baptist doctrine. Responsibilities also include relational shepherding through home and hospital visits, personal prayer with members, leading or equipping volunteers for discipleship activities like Sunday school, Bible studies, and prayer meetings. The Pastor will work with Deacons and church committees on administrative tasks and budget management, administer the scriptural ordinances of Believer's Baptism and the Lord's Supper, and conduct weddings and funerals.
