About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for the accurate and timely movement of goods to and from the warehouse(s) while providing a superior level of customer service and maintaining the integrity of electronic inventory records. Duties include inventory management, supplier management, purchasing, stocking, tracking job orders/deliveries, forecasting parts demand, general warehouse stocking, transferring and dispersal of various items related to Enerflex Field Operations. This position is responsible for performing advanced functions, procedures, activities, and responsibilities associated with Parts Warehousing independently. Duties include assisting other Coordinators.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Minimum of 10+ years' related work experience
  • Prior experience in the oil and gas industry including experience with ERP systems preferably SAP
  • Must be capable of lifting (up to 50 lbs.), push/pull (up to 70 lbs.) and operating light equipment within a warehouse environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification and properly use/operate lift trucks and general equipment used in a warehouse.
  • Capable of effective communication with various levels of personnel.
  • Possess math aptitude necessary to do inventory calculations.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and deal effectively with interruptions.
  • Good customer service skills; displays a professional can-do attitude.
  • Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of Caterpillar engine and Ariel compressor, Waukesha and related spare parts preferred.
  • Must have a great understanding of the invoicing/billing process (if applicable).

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company professionally while delivering outstanding customer service aligned with Enerflex's vision and values.
  • Operate company vehicles, forklifts, and hydraulic lifts to transport materials between the warehouse, shop, customers, and vendors.
  • Process requisitions, work orders, shipping orders, and issue materials using company systems and SAP.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by comparing counts, weights, measurements, bills of lading, invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  • Receive, transfer, store, label, organize, and distribute materials, tools, and inventory according to established procedures and part numbering systems.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by issuing materials to all order types, leading cycle counts, reconciling inventory variances, and utilizing root cause analysis to resolve discrepancies.
  • Review shipping, receiving, bills of materials, routing, and picking transactions in SAP, resolving errors and implementing corrective actions.
  • Prepare domestic and international shipments using proper packaging techniques, determine appropriate shipping methods, and process freight claims as needed.
  • Provide accurate and timely customer invoicing and billing while ensuring all required materials and services are entered on applicable order types.
  • Source, quote, purchase, and bill materials and services for projects while ensuring competitive pricing, total cost of ownership (TCO), and compliance with Enerflex procurement policies.
  • Maintain ownership of the procurement process from sourcing through delivery and inventory management while meeting internal customer expectations.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Branch Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Shipping, Receiving, Purchasing, and other departments to support operations, inventory control, and customer requirements.
  • Assist with supplier selection, product evaluations, pricing negotiations, and terms reviews to maintain competitive vendor relationships.
  • Develop, monitor, and report supplier and departmental performance metrics.
  • Resolve complex inventory, procurement, and operational issues by recommending process and policy improvements to Branch or Parts Management.
  • Support branch and individual performance goals while assisting peers with problem resolution and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, manually lift and load materials, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Comply with all Enerflex Human Resources, Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE), and company policies, procedures, work instructions, and guidelines.
  • Recognize and adhere to all safety requirements while participating in after-hours, weekend, holiday on-call rotations, and overtime as business needs require.
