About The Position

Pacific Coast Trane/Fix Air is seeking a Parts Warehouse Coordinator for our Concord location. This position primarily supports warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and material handling. The employee will also be cross-trained to occasionally assist customers with parts orders, inquiries, and other customer service needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of prior experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Ability to provide professional and courteous customer service.
  • Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Execute quote and order management processes with a high level of accuracy to expedite fulfillment and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery, including entering quotes and invoices and following through on fulfillment.
  • Be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipments and receiving.
  • Maintain office and warehouse equipment and supplies required for effective operation.
  • Stock and arrange products and parts to ensure warehouse inventory turns.
  • Handle equipment and parts unloading and loading.
  • Communicate well with delivery representatives
  • Delivery Paperwork process orientated
  • Unloading and loading trucks using a forklift
  • Provide support to customers in person or via phone/email and find the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales.
  • Keep current knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions to provide premier customer experience and drive sales.
  • Inspect parts and equipment for damage
  • Maintain flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
