About The Position

The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation (SGBFF) works to build a more equal and resilient world through four initiatives: LeanIn.Org, LeanInGirls.Org, OptionB.Org, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program. Lean In Girls specifically focuses on building confidence, leadership skills, and community in middle school girls, aiming to change the trend of confidence gaps that emerge early. The organization is growing rapidly and seeks a Senior Partnerships Manager to scale its impact by identifying and developing strategic partnerships.

Requirements

5+ years of partnership development and relationship management experience.
Experience building and closing partnerships with a track record of delivering results.
Ability to focus on what drives the greatest impact.
Skill in building trust quickly and sustaining relationships.
A proactive approach to scaling, automating, simplifying, and improving processes.
Clear and confident communication with diverse audiences.
Comfort owning work and moving forward independently.
Comfort with using a CRM platform to manage workflow.
Ability to set strategy and execute day-to-day details.
Deep care for helping girls lead.

Responsibilities

Build and grow a high-impact partnership portfolio by identifying the right partners, closing deals, and ensuring partnerships drive real reach.
Identify opportunities to scale the program, especially through digital channels, to reach millions of girls.
Develop strategies to reach parents and equip them to support their daughters' leadership.
Partner with the product team to build awareness and demand for Lean In Girls.
Collaborate with the content team to evolve the program based on partner feedback.
Shape the narrative around girls and leadership in the broader conversation.
Execute with discipline by tracking progress, managing the pipeline, and building systems for effectiveness.
