As a Senior Partnerships Leader, this role involves identifying and managing relationships with key participants in the cryptocurrency ecosystem, evaluating new partnership opportunities, leading negotiations, and supporting the launch of integrations to expand Robinhood’s crypto offerings. The role also includes overseeing existing partnerships to ensure strong performance and alignment with product goals, playing a central part in shaping Robinhood Crypto's business and collaborations with exchanges, custodians, and blockchain partners. This position is based in the New York, NY office, requiring in-person attendance at least 3 days per week, as Robinhood values in-person work for accelerating progress, sparking innovation, and strengthening community.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategy, with experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain
• You have a strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and key participants in the ecosystem
• You build effective working relationships and communicate clearly with both internal teams and external partners
• You use structured, detail-oriented approaches to rigorously evaluate opportunities and produce high-quality work that supports decision-making
• You are comfortable managing multiple projects, prioritizing work, and adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across cryptocurrency exchanges, custodians, blockchain protocols, and decentralized finance platforms
• Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms meet commercial and product goals, and align with legal, security, and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with the product teams to understand partnership needs and how these partners can accelerate projects on our crypto roadmap.
• Manage the onboarding and integration of new partners by working with product, engineering, design, research, and compliance teams
• Maintain and improve relationships with existing partners, tracking performance and identifying opportunities for product and operational improvements
• Analyze partnership performance and industry trends to inform decisions on new initiatives and roadmap priorities
