About The Position

Goodwall is seeking a Partnerships Director to drive its next phase of growth. This role involves securing new partnerships, nurturing relationships with major organizations, and transforming ambitious concepts into high-impact programs for young people. The position carries a multi-million dollar revenue target, requiring the individual to build a significant portion of their own pipeline. Responsibilities include engaging with senior leaders from global companies, Fortune 500 corporations, foundations, and public sector entities to establish trust, shape opportunities, and finalize contracts. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position emphasizes co-creating bespoke solutions tailored to partner objectives, rather than selling a predefined product. The role offers significant autonomy, allowing the individual to influence sales strategies, relationship management, and focus areas within a lean team. It is not a standard 9-5 position, with an expectation that the individual manages their time effectively around partnership demands.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of personally winning and growing high-value relationships, including $500k+ multi-year partnerships.
  • Commercial acumen combined with curiosity and creativity to identify opportunities through conversation.
  • Confidence in building relationships with senior decision-makers and engaging with operational stakeholders.
  • Ability to take an idea from conception to a signed contract, including proposal shaping, financial modeling, and business case development.
