About The Position

West Monroe is seeking an experienced Senior Partnership Alliances Manager (AWS) to lead and scale our strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role is accountable for driving joint go-to-market execution, solution development, and revenue growth, aligned to the AWS ecosystem and cloud platform. You will serve on our AWS Partnership team, working closely with our AWS Partner Leader, as the primary operational owner for AWS, responsible for activating the partnership across sales, marketing, and West Monroe’s partner value metrics with AWS. The role requires strong AWS relationships and an understanding of AWS’s operating model, including co-sell motions, partner programs, industry solutions, and performance metrics such as the AWS partner scorecard. Your objective is to expand West Monroe’s AWS footprint by driving measurable pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, advancing our standing within AWS partner programs, and helping differentiate our offerings on the platform. To fuel accelerated growth and outcomes, West Monroe encourages innovation through its alliance ecosystem. In this role, you will strengthen relationships within AWS, align to their strategic initiatives (for example: cloud migration and modernization, data and analytics, AI/ML, and industry cloud solutions), and operationalize joint priorities across our Lines of Business. You will also lead performance tracking against alliance KPIs and provide regular insights to firm leadership. Technology & Experience As part of our TechEx business unit, this role acts as a catalyst for translating alliance strategy and resources into tangible revenue outcomes. You will embed AWS into West Monroe’s go-to-market motions, ensuring alignment across field sales, marketing, and alliances organizations. Within this team, the AWS PAM plays a critical role in: Defining how we take AWS-enabled solutions to market Activating joint sales motions with AWS account teams Identifying whitespace opportunities across industries and accounts Driving consistency in messaging, value proposition, and delivery approach The mission is to ensure West Monroe remains a relevant, differentiated, and high-performing AWS partner by aligning to market demand, innovation priorities, and client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in alliance management, partnership development, or business development within a consulting or digital services environment
  • Strong network inside AWS and surrounding ecosystem
  • Experience with AWS as a partner including familiarity with partner programs and co-sell motions
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue through strategic alliances, particularly within enterprise technology ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of cloud, data, and AI/M
  • Experience building joint go-to-market strategies, offerings, and pipeline with hyperscalers or cloud platforms
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partner executives
  • Strong commercial acumen, including deal shaping, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally in a matrixed organization and drive alignment across sales, marketing, and delivery teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and execute West Monroe’s alliance strategy for AWS, aligned to West Monroe growth priorities and AWS partner objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships across AWS (partner management, sales, product, and industry leaders)
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for all AWS-related activities within the firm
  • Track and report on key alliance metrics including deal registration, pipeline, bookings, certifications, partner tier status, and customer outcomes
  • Monitor partner scorecards and ensure compliance with AWS partner requirements
  • Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership
  • Drive joint pipeline development through account mapping, co-sell motions, and aligned sales planning with AWS field teams
  • Partner with West Monroe Business Developers and Consulting Leaders to influence and support in-market pursuits
  • Establish and maintain disciplined governance around pipeline tracking, attribution, and conversion
  • Collaborate with broader AWS team at West Monroe and delivery teams to build, refine, and scale AWS-based offerings
  • Establish connections enabling West Monroe to create industry-specific and workflow-led solutions aligned to AWS priorities
  • Support creation of accelerators, assets, and reusable IP that differentiate West Monroe in the AWS ecosystem
  • Activate joint marketing initiatives with AWS, including campaigns, events, field enablement/account-mapping, and thought leadership
  • Increase brand visibility within the AWS ecosystem and marketplace
  • Ensure alignment with AWS partner programs, competencies, and specialization requirements
  • Facilitate resources to enable sales, account, and delivery teams on AWS capabilities, positioning, and GTM plays
  • Promote adoption of AWS-centric solutions across Lines of Business
  • Align incentives and behaviors to support partnership growth
  • Stay current on AWS roadmap, innovations, and competitive landscape
  • Identify opportunities to expand West Monroe’s role within the AWS ecosystem
  • Recommend new partnership motions, investments, and growth strategies
