West Monroe is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Partnership Alliances (ServiceNow) to lead and scale our strategic partnership with ServiceNow. This role is accountable for driving joint go-to-market execution, solution development, and revenue growth, aligned to the ServiceNow ecosystem and the Now Platform. You will serve on our ServiceNow Partnership team, working closely with our ServiceNow Partner Leader, as the primary operational owner for ServiceNow, responsible for activating the partnership across sales, marketing, and West Monroe’s partner value metrics to ServiceNow. The role requires strong ServiceNow relationships, understanding of ServiceNow’s operating model, including co-sell motions, partner programs, industry solutions, and scorecard management. Your objective is to expand West Monroe’s ServiceNow footprint by driving measurable pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, maturing West Monroe’s standing in partner value metrics with ServiceNow, and assisting in the differentiation of our offerings on the platform. To fuel accelerated growth and outcomes, West Monroe encourages innovation through its alliance ecosystem. In this role, you will strengthen relationships within ServiceNow, align to their strategic initiatives (for example: workflow transformation, AI-enabled automation, and industry solutions), and operationalize joint priorities across our Lines of Business. You will also lead performance tracking against alliance KPIs and provide regular insights to firm leadership. As part of our TechEx business unit, this role acts as a catalyst for translating alliance strategy and resources into tangible revenue outcomes. You will embed ServiceNow into West Monroe’s go-to-market motions, ensuring alignment across field sales, marketing, and alliances organizations. Within this team, the ServiceNow PAM plays a critical role in: Defining how we take ServiceNow-enabled solutions to market, Activating joint sales motions with ServiceNow account teams, Identifying whitespace opportunities across industries and accounts, Driving consistency in messaging, value proposition, and delivery approach.
