As a Partner Success Manager for Airlines & Car Rental, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of airline and car rental partners. This role serves as the day-to-day point of contact, focusing on partner health, performance optimization, and commercial execution. You will report to the Sr. Director of Airline & Car Rental Partnerships and manage the operational aspects of air and car rental supply, including tracking performance, resolving issues, supporting commercial negotiations, and ensuring partners are activated and performing as planned. This is an execution-focused role requiring strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives at partner companies. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Pricing, and Operations teams to achieve partnership goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships account management, partnerships, relationship-driven sales, or a similar partner-facing role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partner workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build credibility with external partners.
  • Proven ability to develop and grow strategic partnerships through creative problem solving and strong execution.
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding of how partnerships drive revenue, coverage, and customer experience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and ownership of commitments.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI and modern tools to streamline workflows and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in airline partnerships, travel technology, distribution, account management, or supply operations.
  • Background at an airline, OTA, GDS, aggregator, or travel platform.
  • Familiarity with airline distribution models (GDS, NDC, ancillaries, fare structures) and/or car rental commercial models.
  • Experience with API-based distribution or connectivity platforms.
  • Experience managing QBRs or structured partner review cadences.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders through commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of airline and car rental partners as the primary operational point of contact, owning relationship cadence, QBRs, performance reviews, and escalations.
  • Monitor partner performance against key metrics (coverage, attach rates, booking volume, margin) and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and drive growth.
  • Drive partner onboarding and activation for new agreements, ensuring a seamless transition from signed deal to live integration.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Pricing, and Operations to resolve issues, improve partner experience, and unblock growth.
  • Support the Sr. Director with commercial negotiations by preparing materials, tracking deal terms, and ensuring strong follow-through.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing partnerships and provide data-driven recommendations to increase partner value.
  • Maintain accurate partner documentation, records, and pipeline tracking while staying informed on travel industry trends and evolving distribution models.
