About The Position

Support the effective oversight of BVNK’s Partners through strategic monitoring, advanced risk analysis, and disciplined execution of oversight processes. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the collection and validation of partner management information (MI), identification of systemic and emerging risks, and ensuring that issues are escalated with actionable recommendations aligned with internal governance and regulatory requirements. This role is critical to maintaining a robust, scalable oversight program and to ensuring that monitoring and oversight activities are evidence-based, timely, and operationally sound.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational, compliance, and risk data.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency working with structured datasets, building dashboards, and presenting data-driven narratives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to prepare executive-level risk summaries, policy documentation, and governance reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a complex, multi-partner portfolio and parallel oversight initiatives
  • Sound judgement in identifying material risks, control deficiencies, and systemic issues; ability to recommend proportionate remediation.
  • Comfortable presenting to and interacting directly with senior compliance leadership at customer organizations, with a demonstrated ability to articulate risk-based concepts confidently and navigate high-level governance discussions.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in third-party risk, vendor oversight, partner management, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated experience with embedded partnerships or finance models, introducer relationships, correspondent banking, and/or complex outsourced arrangements.
  • Deep familiarity with AML, KYC/KYB, or other regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Background in fintech, payments, crypto, banking, or financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Partner onboarding process where necessary through initial assessment of relationship scope, outsourced activities, or any relevant policy/procedure/control documentation.
  • Execute oversight activities across a portfolio of Partners, ensuring required monitoring and oversight reviews are completed in line with defined cadences and internal standards.
  • Collect and validate MI from Partners and internal sources, perform quality assurance, conduct trend and anomaly analysis.
  • Identify emerging patterns, systemic risks, and performance indicators that inform/impact the partner relationship and prepare structured risk summaries for executive reporting.
  • Proactively identify risk indicators, control weaknesses, and deviations from expected performance.
  • Escalate issues with clear supporting evidence and recommended remediation actions to the Head of Partner Oversight and senior stakeholders.
  • Own resolution tracking and validate control effectiveness.
  • Own the maintenance and continuous improvement of oversight documentation, monitoring and remediation trackers, issue logs, and risk dashboards.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements to templates, data standards, and workflows based on operational experience and best practice.
  • Prepare materials for Partner governance meetings, including comprehensive MI packs and risk summaries, and document decisions with clear accountability and follow-up frameworks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Partners on oversight matters.
  • Lead thematic or partner-specific deep dives (e.g. KYC/B processes, AML controls, issues management), including sample testing, evidence review, and control assessments.
  • Provide practical input into the development and refinement of oversight control standards, data standards, processes, and workflows based on operational experience and observed gaps.
  • Strategic, cross functional engagement with BVNK stakeholders, including onboarding and commercial teams, compliance, and external stakeholders.
