About The Position

The Senior, Media Sales is responsible for driving revenue by directly engaging with recognized brands, agencies, and vendor partners to secure advertising revenue and establish trust as a valued resource for clients. Employing a consultative approach, they cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers, comprehend their business challenges, and offer marketing solutions tailored to their needs. The Senior leads the planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns, managing all sales-related activities such as presentations, RFPs, and custom proposals. They collaborate with cross-functional teams including Media, Analytics, Product, and Finance as necessary. The primary objective is to maximize sales revenues, ensure client satisfaction, build a portfolio of key accounts, and consistently achieve sales targets. Requirements

  • Proven ability to develop and manage key and assigned accounts while building a robust pipeline of demand for advertising solutions among existing and new clients.
  • Experience in managing direct advertiser sales, including negotiations and oversight of strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding of the online advertising space, including exchange and audience-based selling, and the technologies that enable it.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, including vendors, marketing agencies, and media owners, to ensure projects are on track.
  • Attention to detail in developing sales collateral, presentations, reports, and project plans.
  • Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
  • 5+ years of ad sales experience for on- and off-site media, including selling into agencies.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.

Responsibilities
