About The Position

Leighton is seeking a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Senior Partner Manager to play a pivotal role in its next chapter of growth. This is a revenue-carrying role with a personal target, focused on net new growth by originating opportunities, building and executing go-to-market (GTM) plans with partners, and winning enterprise-scale work alongside large consultancies and system integrators. The role is strategic and commercial, ensuring existing programs are healthy, relationships are thriving, and each engagement serves as a platform for future opportunities. The position offers opportunities for growth and development within Leighton, emphasizing commercial success and outstanding company culture.

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing strategic partnerships or alliances with major global consultancies, Big 4 firms, or large SIs.
  • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations with confidence.
  • Experience creating and owning partner growth plans, setting joint objectives and defining GTM motions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a hunger to grow revenue.
  • Experience shaping large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Ability to navigate enterprise procurement and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Background in consultative or technology services sales.
  • Comfortable selling outcomes and expertise rather than products.
  • Understanding of how large organizations buy professional and technical services.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious.
  • Ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to orchestrate pre-sales, delivery, and executive teams around a shared commercial goal.
  • Comfortable with regular travel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deepen existing partner relationships, acting as the single commercial point of contact for a portfolio of major consulting and SI partners.
  • Build trusted relationships at multiple levels within partner organizations.
  • Lead regular business reviews and joint planning sessions with partner stakeholders.
  • Monitor the health of active programs of work delivered with partners, ensuring they are on track and risks are surfaced early.
  • Resolve commercial tensions and navigate partner dynamics with confidence and diplomacy.
  • Proactively identify new commercial opportunities within the partner ecosystem (new practice areas, geographies, buyer relationships).
  • Develop a deep understanding of partner GTM strategies and identify where Leighton's capabilities can add value.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Represent Leighton at partner events, workshops, and industry forums.
  • Identify opportunities to develop direct and expanded relationships with end clients where Leighton is already delivering work with a partner.
  • Work strategically to position Leighton as a trusted partner with enterprise-scale end clients.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders at end clients to uncover additional needs and opportunities.
  • Carry a personal revenue target and be accountable for delivering against it through net new opportunity origination and account growth.
  • Create and own joint GTM plans with each partner, driving execution.
  • Proactively originate new opportunities by building relationships deep inside partner organizations.
  • Feed market intelligence back into the business to inform positioning, proposition development, and strategic priorities.
