About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Partner Development Manager to own and scale Manychat’s most important external relationship — Meta. In this role, you will act as the “GM” of the Meta partnership — the primary external point of contact and the internal quarterback ensuring we deliver on shared goals across Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, and emerging Meta surfaces. This role requires a highly strategic operator who understands Meta’s ecosystem deeply, can navigate complex stakeholder environments, and can translate partnership opportunities into tangible product and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in strategic partnerships or business development, with direct experience working with or within Meta/Facebook
  • Deep understanding of Meta's organization, platform ecosystem, and how partnership decisions get made
  • Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder platform relationships at both executive and operational levels
  • Strong commercial acumen — experience structuring deals, negotiating co-investment, and managing partner economics
  • Familiarity with the creator economy, social commerce, messaging, or marketing automation
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority across Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision making skills
  • Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting to C-level audiences internally and externally

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic Meta relationship across all platforms and product surfaces
  • Build relationships across all levels of Meta — from working-level partnerships & product teams to senior stakeholders in Partnerships, GTM, Product, and Creator.
  • Develop and drive a multi-year partnership framework: joint roadmaps, co-investment, co-marketing programs, and shared success metrics
  • Negotiate commercial terms for partnership incentive programs
  • Identify and unlock new product opportunities across Meta's evolving platform ecosystem
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to ensure partnership commitments are delivered
  • Monitor platform changes, policy shifts, and competitive dynamics to proactively manage risk and surface opportunities
