About The Position

The Senior Parenteral Inspection Technology will focus on inspection engineering activities, including the development and implementation of new inspection technologies, support for product transfers, and operational support of inspection systems for sterile/biologic products. This resource will lead process improvements, execute validation and line trials, troubleshoot inspection equipment, and manage inspection-related projects to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency. Both resources will be expected to collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and validation teams, ensuring alignment with site priorities and regulatory requirements. Strong technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and experience in pharmaceutical sterile manufacturing environments are essential.

Requirements

• Scientist with experience in the inspection of serialized liquid parenteral products
• Experience in syringe inspection
• Strong technical knowledge of inspection technologies and processes applied to liquid pharmaceutical products
• Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field) or applied sciences
• Approximately 5–10+ years of experience in sterile/biologic inspection systems or inspection technologies
