About The Position

CACI is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support the Department of Justice on high-profile cases, primarily providing litigation support in preparation for trial. The assignments may evolve to include complex responsibilities. The position works under the direction of a Supervisory Paralegal or Project Supervisor. Work products are reviewed before submission, but the paralegal often develops them with minimal direct supervision beyond written guidelines. The role involves legal research, transcript and case-material review, drafting preliminary legal memoranda and correspondence, electronic research and data searches, witness interviews, preparation of reports and trial exhibits, and coordination of litigation support services for attorneys. The position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately; applicants may also be considered for other CACI positions. CACI offers learning resources and tuition reimbursement for Relativity certifications, the ACEDS certification, and paralegal certificates. The company describes a culture focused on integrity, innovation, trust, continuous growth, and support for employees’ personal and professional development.
