Requirements

At least 8-10 years of related experience in Family Law required
Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
Paralegal certificate required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
In-depth understanding of legal terminology, principles, research methods, court pleadings, and legal processes
Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Effective time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and sound judgement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software

Responsibilities

Assist with discovery as needed on all legal matters
Provide paralegal support on legal cases as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate document preparation, filing, and case management
