About The Position

Stenger & Stenger is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Paralegal to support attorneys, enhance legal operations, and serve as a resource for legal support staff. This role combines advanced paralegal responsibilities with workflow management, process improvement, and team mentorship in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Requirements

Associate degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience; high-volume legal environment preferred.
Experience in creditors' rights and civil litigation is preferred.
Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and documentation standards.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Excel proficiency, and experience working with legal case management systems.

Nice To Haves

Experience training, mentoring, or leading projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and case exhibits.
Maintain and update case files, court records, and legal documentation.
Support attorneys with case management and day-to-day legal operations.
Monitor workflows, identify process improvements, and help resolve operational issues.
Serve as a liaison between attorneys, legal staff, courts, vendors, and clients.
Assist with audits, escalations, client requests, and compliance-related activities.
Mentor and train Legal Assistants and newer team members.
Lead or support projects, workflow initiatives, and cross-functional efforts as assigned.
