About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager to own and scale our global paid search program as a core driver of pipeline and revenue. You will manage end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization across search, with a focus on driving measurable growth and efficiency at scale. This is a remote position and will report to our VP, Growth Marketing.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in paid search or performance marketing
  • Experience scaling search programs tied to pipeline and revenue
  • Expertise in platforms like Google Ads and Bing, including bidding strategies and automation
  • Experience with attribution, incrementality, and funnel metrics
  • Experience managing large budgets with ROI accountability

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale paid search performance
  • Own global paid search strategy across brand and non-brand campaigns
  • Optimize keyword strategy, audience targeting, and bidding approaches
  • Drive search performance across the full funnel from acquisition through pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across search (e.g., new query segments, formats, markets)
  • Drive data, measurement, and optimization
  • Analyze performance insights and communicate clear, recommendations to stakeholders
  • Leverage attribution, incrementality, and conversion data to inform investment decisions
  • Translate outcomes (pipeline, revenue) into search optimization strategies
  • Partner with Analytics and RevOps to improve signal quality and measurement accuracy
  • Budget management
  • Own the global paid search budget allocation
  • Allocate spend across campaigns and geos based on incremental return while balancing efficiency
  • Support forecasting and performance planning tied to business outcomes
  • Experimentation and innovation
  • Build a structured experimentation roadmap to drive continuous performance improvement
  • Refine keyword strategy through query insights and competitive analysis
  • Test and scale new search features, formats, and automation capabilities
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Partner with Revenue Marketing and Product Marketing to align on targeting, messaging, and growth priorities
  • Establish feedback loops to inform optimization and performance insights
  • Ensure search strategy aligns with broader GTM priorities and funnel goals
