About The Position

Hype Marketing Agency is seeking an experienced, high-performing Senior Paid Media & Performance Specialist to take end-to-end ownership of our client portfolio’s paid social and paid search ecosystems. In this role, you will be the primary architect and manager for all Meta and Google advertising accounts. Beyond media buying, you will bridge the gap between ad traffic and actual business revenue by collaborating with internal operations and sales teams. Utilizing tools like HubSpot and Aesthetix CRM, you will help build and fine-tune conversion paths that guide leads from initial click to booked patient and beyond. This is a senior individual contributor role for a performance marketer who thrives on scaling accounts and driving measurable ROI.

Requirements

4–6+ years of hands-on experience independently managing and scaling paid media accounts across Meta and Google (agency experience strongly preferred).
Direct experience working within HubSpot and/or Aesthetix CRM (or similar medical aesthetic/patient management CRMs) to track and optimize lead-to-patient conversion pipelines.
Proven experience collaborating with sales/operations teams on lead scoring, lead qualification workflows, and pipeline feedback loops.
Proven track record of auditing, restructuring, and profitably scaling complex ad accounts across both B2B and B2C/Medical/E-commerce verticals.
Demonstrated proficiency utilizing built-in ad network AI tools (Meta Advantage+, Google PMax) and external AI software for copy and media production.
Deep knowledge of GTM, GA4, Meta CAPI, and custom conversion setups.
Hands-on familiarity updating content and building landing pages inside major Web CMS platforms.
Active Google Ads Certifications and Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate / Blueprint credentials required (or in progress).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting directly to C-suite and business-owner clients.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, execution, scale, and daily management of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube).
Implement platform-native AI algorithms (Google Smart Bidding, Performance Max asset groups, Meta Advantage+ campaigns) while leveraging generative AI tools to streamline copy ideation, audience research, and creative variations.
Direct the visual and messaging strategy for ads; write high-converting copy and collaborate with graphic/video teams to brief creative angles, hooks, and formats (Reels, Shorts, Carousels) optimized for paid channels.
Develop and execute structured tests across audiences, creative, landing pages, and bid strategies to drive continuous performance improvement.
Oversee budget allocation, bid strategies, and account pacing across a diverse client portfolio ($XX,XXX+ in monthly spend) to improve ROAS and lower CPA.
Leverage HubSpot and Aesthetix CRM to map, measure, and optimize complete conversion paths—ensuring paid traffic flows seamlessly from top-of-funnel lead to booked patient, consult, and repeat client.
Work directly with clients' internal sales, reception, and operations teams to establish lead scoring frameworks, ensure fast follow-ups, and refine lead qualification criteria based on real-world outcomes.
Utilize offline conversion tracking (OCT) and CRM pipeline data from HubSpot and Aesthetix CRM back to ad platforms to continuously refine targeting based on actual revenues generated rather than top-of-funnel form fills.
Architect robust event and conversion tracking across accounts using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Meta Conversions API (CAPI), and third-party attribution models.
Audit, restructure, and maintain clean infrastructure across Google Business Manager/MCC and Meta Business Suite, ensuring proper conversion integrity and user access control.
Manage updates, form setups, and user experience (UX) enhancements across various Web Content Management Systems (Shopify, Webflow, HubSpot, Squarespace, etc.) to maximize conversion rates.
Translate complex advertising and revenue metrics into actionable business insights during regular performance reviews and strategy calls.
Build monthly performance reports, identify optimization opportunities, forecast ad spend and performance trends, and present insights to clients during strategy calls.
Share paid media best practices, creative frameworks, and emerging AI tools with junior team members.
Participate in new client proposals, account audits, and onboarding sessions as the lead paid media technical expert.
