About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager who sees paid media not as isolated campaigns—but as a core engine of business growth. This role is responsible for owning and scaling our paid acquisition strategy across channels, driving profitable growth, and shaping how customers experience our brand from first impression to loyal advocate. Requirements

  • 5+ years in paid media / performance marketing
  • Proven experience scaling paid channels profitably (ideally $10k–$50k+/day spend)
  • Deep expertise in: Meta Ads (required), TikTok Ads (required), Google/YouTube (strong plus)
  • Strong understanding of: Attribution & tracking, Conversion rate optimization, Offer strategy
  • Experience in DTC / eCommerce strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Channel Ownership: Own the paid media strategy across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, emerging channels); Build and continuously refine a full-funnel acquisition system (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention); Identify and unlock new growth opportunities, channels, and audiences; Balance short-term performance with long-term brand equity
  • Performance & Profitability: Drive profitable customer acquisition at scale (CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV:CAC); Manage and optimize significant daily ad spend with accountability to revenue targets; Develop testing frameworks that consistently improve performance; Translate data into clear actions that increase efficiency and scale
  • Creative & Messaging Leadership: Partner closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts; Bring deep understanding of customer psychology, hooks, and offers; Provide clear, actionable feedback on: Ad angles, Messaging, Creative performance trends; Help shape a creative testing roadmap that fuels growth
  • Data, Insights & Decision-Making: Analyze performance across channels and campaigns to uncover insights; Build reporting that ties media performance to business outcomes; Use data to guide: Budget allocation, Channel mix, Scaling decisions; Stay ahead of attribution challenges and evolving platform dynamics
  • Team & Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with: Creative team, Lifecycle/retention marketing, Product & brand teams; Act as a strategic partner to leadership on growth decisions; Potentially mentor or manage junior media buyers or agencies
