Requirements

At least one year of manufacturing experience.
Strong manual dexterity and solid hand–eye coordination.
Clear communication and analytical thinking.
Meticulous record-keeping and attention to detail.
Basic math skills and comfort using calculators for production data.
Ability to troubleshoot minor machine problems.
Familiarity with common measurement tools (e.g., levels).
Understanding of product quality requirements.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Operate production machinery safely while meeting or exceeding KPIs for waste, quality, efficiency, and utilization.
Diagnose issues and fine-tune machine components to keep operations running smoothly.
Introduce and apply creative process improvements to enhance throughput and quality.
Coach and support less experienced operators to elevate team performance.
Accurately complete end-of-shift documentation: crew time, machine time, and production counts.
Inspect output for defects and make real-time adjustments to maintain standards.
Uphold housekeeping, standard work, and all safety procedures.
Leverage mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and clear written and verbal communication.
