Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience in packaging, manufacturing, or product development
- Strong technical problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or beverage manufacturing
- Six Sigma, Lean, or APICS certification
- Experience working with manufacturing or ERP systems
Responsibilities
- Lead packaging design, testing, and validation to ensure performance, quality, and compliance
- Manage plant trials and collaborate with operations teams to implement new packaging solutions
- Evaluate materials, suppliers, and processes to improve cost, sustainability, and performance
- Develop and maintain packaging specifications, standards, and documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and packaging operations
