About The Position

You will be part of a team working on a Network OSS delivery platform in a fast-paced environment powering Comcast Business Service Assurance IT. You will be responsible for hands-on design, development, and providing proof-of-concept solutions to implement Service Assurance solutions powering Business Operations users on a Tier1 Network Operations Manager platform.

Requirements

• Distributed systems design (multi-tier deployments, service decomposition)
• Good understanding of TMF API.
• API design and architecture – UML , flow and sequence diagrams
• AI tooling fluency (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT for dev workflows)
• 10 Years + Relevant Work Experience
• Bachelor's Degree

Nice To Haves

• Enterprise Java (Java 17+, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Boot)
• RESTful API design and governance at scale – microservices
• Angular + TypeScript, Jest, ReactJS, Redux
• Relational database architecture (Oracle RAC, connection pooling, JNDI)
• Authentication & authorization architecture (OAuth2/JWT, LDAP, SSO/SiteMinder)
• Secrets management (HashiCorp/OpenBao Vault, cert-based auth)
• Hands on knowledge working with Spec-driven development methodology.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design, development, and providing proof-of-concept solutions to implement Service Assurance solutions powering Business Operations users on a Tier1 Network Operations Manager platform.
• Articulate complex solutions in simple ways and have e2e accountability working with IT and Business.
• Mentoring and conducting code reviews.
• Technical roadmap ownership and execution.
