About The Position

Odyssey is seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented Senior Organizational Operations Specialist to support an Air Force acquisition mission on the EB contract at Eglin AFB, Florida. This role provides high‑level administrative and operational coordination to division leadership.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen
• Must have a current Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance
• Associates degree and 10 years relevant experience; OR Bachelors degree and 7 years relevant experience; OR Masters degree and 5 years relevant experience
• File structuring and digital organization
• Network drive navigation and file uploading
• Records management and compliance with government standards
• Handling and preparing physical records for destruction
• Clear communication
• Attention to detail
• Reliability and follow‑through on multi‑step processes
• Professionalism in handling government records and interacting with stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• Current Top Secret clearance
• Bachelors degree and 10 years relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Contract file scanning and digitization
• File structuring and network drive upload
• Shredding/Destruction of records
• Delivery logistics and coordination
• Research and prepare written communications for leadership.
• Track taskers, issues, suspenses, and program initiatives.
• Support program events and draft documents for senior approval.
• Manage EPBs/OPBs in accordance with AF policy.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare background materials, and maintain documentation.
• Maintain video/online conference scheduling and setup.
• Maintain rosters, org charts, directories, and personnel documents.
• Assist with inspections, awards processing, and policy dissemination.
• Provide workflow, process improvement, and manpower support.
• Perform timekeeper duties (e.g., ATAAPS).
