Senior Order Management Analyst

Figma•San Francisco, NY

About The Position

Figma is hiring a Senior Order Management Analyst to support its Revenue Operations team within Accounting. Order Management handles order form review, invoicing, and billing support for Sales and Support across a global customer base. This role will manage complex orders and help build and improve order processing, review, and automation as Figma scales. The position is full-time and may be based at a U.S. hub or remotely in the United States. The analyst owns order processing from contract review and entry through invoicing, supports internal teams with billing questions, reviews routine orders processed by analysts and BPO partners, and participates in testing new products and billing-system changes. The role also supports financial close, reconciliations, data integrity, SOX controls, audit documentation, and process-improvement projects.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations at a SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (RLM or CPQ), an ERP such as NetSuite, and a payment processor such as Stripe.
  • Clear understanding of how order-entry decisions flow downstream into billing and revenue.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivots, XLOOKUP, and reconciling large datasets across systems.
  • Comfort with data query tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of producing quality work under quarter-end pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across finance and non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end order processing, from contract review and order entry through invoicing, ensuring accuracy, SLA compliance, completeness, and policy compliance.
  • Serve as a resource for Sales and Support on billing and invoicing questions, and investigate discrepancies and booking blockers across systems with cross-functional partners through resolution.
  • Detail-review routine orders processed by other analysts and BPO partners, identify error patterns, and drive them to resolution.
  • Support UAT for new products, SKUs, pricing models, and billing-system releases by writing and executing test scripts, running end-to-end order-to-billing tests, documenting bugs, and coordinating resolution.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, and data integrity across systems.
  • Maintain SOX controls, audit documentation, SOPs, and test cases for assigned areas.
  • Own ad-hoc process-improvement, system-upgrade, and controls-enhancement projects across the order-to-cash lifecycle.
