We’re looking to expand our team across the board. York Space Systems is seeking an Oracle Fusion (Cloud) ERP expert to lead the optimization, maintenance, and execution of our enterprise systems supporting our project‑driven, low‑volume, high‑precision space and hardware manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across Supplier Management, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Planning and Scheduling, Resource Management, Production, and Quality. Success in this role requires the ability to connect Oracle Cloud capabilities with complex manufacturing execution, end‑to‑end supply chain tracking, change management, and team coaching. This highly technical position sits within Operations and Supply Chain and serves as the technical owner for all Oracle Fusion supply chain processes, reporting directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer to ensure full alignment with organizational objectives. This role will be fully on-site in our Greenwood Village office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or managing Oracle Fusion (Cloud) ERP modules in a project-based manufacturing environment.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Inventory, Planning, and OTBI/Reporting tools.
  • Experience understanding upstream/downstream impacts of Oracle Fusion configurations across Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Planning.
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion setups in Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning, and Supply Chain applications.
  • Experience building OTBI, Fusion Analytics, and BIP reports/dashboards for operational visibility.
  • Experience developing functional specifications and test scripts for new features and quarterly updates.
  • Willingness to work full-time in our Greenwood Village, CO office; this position does not support remote or hybrid work

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience using Oracle in aerospace, defense, medical devices, or specialized industrial equipment manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Secret or Top-Secret clearance a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Co-lead Oracle Fusion development architecture roadmap.
  • Provide recommendations and progress updates to the Operations/Supply Chain leadership team.
  • Lead technical development and execution of project plans for new functionality/modules, upgrades, changes, reports and dashboards.
  • Partner with the IT ERP team for system transport and release activities; ensure all configurations are fully validated and technically complete before IT deployment.
  • Review quarterly Oracle upgrades for potential continuous improvement opportunities and impacts to business.
  • Participate in development and user acceptance testing for quarterly, project and ad hoc efforts.
  • Support technical process development and solution design mapping from an Oracle Fusion perspective.
  • Support development of training material for end users with technical information.
  • Deliver Oracle Fusion functional training and lead technical troubleshooting for end users.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop positive relationships with process owners and subject matter experts (SME).
  • Educate and coach Supply chain process owners and SME on best-practice use of Oracle Fusion capabilities.
  • Compile user feedback.
  • Collaborate to obtain user buy-in and drive business process change to optimally use capabilities.
  • Represent Supply Chain team in collaborating with Finance to define data elements that affect Supply Chain.
  • Document and maintain Oracle Fusion configuration data.
  • Ensure Supply Chain data structures support accurate planning, cost visibility, and execution tracking.
