Requirements

• Deep expertise in Oracle technologies—Data Guard, RMAN, RAC, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Proficiency in using OEM, AWR, ADDM, ASH, SQL Developer, TOAD for diagnosing and resolving complex database issues.
• Vigilance about Oracle Security and Auditing.
• Experience in monitoring databases, networks, and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with RMAN backup strategies.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, PeopleSoft, EBS R12, JDE, and Oracle APEX.
• Comfortable with Oracle 18c/19c/21c, SQL Server 2017-2022, Linux 7-9, and Windows Server 2016-2022.
• US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting-edge database strategies, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with developers to ensure seamless, high-quality database changes that drive business goals.
• Dive into complex integration challenges, troubleshoot issues, and proactively enhance performance.
• Identify and resolve root-cause issues before they become problems, always pushing for continuous improvement.
• Support mission-critical activities, including on-call rotations and key upgrades or disaster recovery tests.
