Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted for formal education.
  • 10+ years of IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or site reliability experience.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Experience operating hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Proven success leading major incident response and service restoration efforts.
  • Experience implementing operational automation and monitoring solutions
  • Windows and Linux server administration
  • Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Storage technologies (SAN, NAS)
  • Enterprise backup and recovery solutions
  • Active Directory and identity management
  • AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Cloud monitoring and operational support
  • Hybrid cloud architectures

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational support for enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, and critical business applications.
  • Design and implement highly available, scalable, and resilient operational solutions.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts for major incidents and outages.
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain operational standards, procedures, and runbooks.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and reliability metrics.
  • Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, networking, and business teams to support service delivery.
  • Manage and optimize operational processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
  • Provide technical leadership during critical incidents and production events.
