About The Position

The Senior Operations Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations, helps build a positive, high-morale workplace while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed. The role supports employee engagement through clear, frequent communication and helps maintain high standards across operations. The position is scheduled for the first shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexibility needed for planned and unplanned overtime, potentially including weekends.

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime that may include weekends.
Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Ability to reach, including overhead, bend, stoop, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.
Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience.
3 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.
Solid problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to follow, promote, and implement safety programs.

Responsibilities

Establish work schedules, assign jobs, and train staff.
Guide, counsel, and encourage employees; support their development and promote high standards.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with onsite customers and other key partners.
Provide a safe and secure work environment through training and safety inspections.
Assist with evaluating employee performance and provide written and verbal feedback.
Implement and carry out company policies, procedures, and standards.
