Learn more at li.me. As a Senior Operations Manager at Lime, you will lead operations for New York City, one of Lime’s most strategic and complex markets globally. You will be responsible for the operational performance, profitability, growth, and execution of the NYC market. This role serves as the operational leader for the region, overseeing warehouse operations, field operations, compliance, fleet performance, workforce planning, and people leadership. This is a highly hands-on leadership role. You will spend significant time in the warehouse and in the field, working alongside your team to identify operational gaps, implement solutions, reinforce standards, and drive accountability. Success in this role requires a strong operator who can balance strategic thinking with execution, build high-performing teams, and create the operational foundation necessary to support significant future growth. You will partner closely with Government Relations, Central Operations, Product, Finance, Facilities, and Safety teams while serving as the primary operational leader for New York City. This is an onsite position that requires an onsite presence during assigned business hours.
