As we continue to scale our global platform, the Senior Operations Manager, Warehouse will play a critical role in driving warehouse productivity, safety, and service excellence through people-first leadership. The Senior Operations Manager, Warehouse is responsible for the full operations of a high-volume fulfillment warehouse, leading a multi-tiered team of managers, supervisors, and frontline athletes to deliver best-in-class results across safety, quality, productivity, and cost. This leader drives continuous improvement through technology adoption, process innovation, and strong partnerships with fulfillment, manufacturing, and internal operations teams across all locations. The Senior Operations Manager, Warehouse delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a warehouse, fulfillment, or customer care environment, including direct responsibility for hiring, motivating, coaching, counseling, and training frontline teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi-tiered teams — including managers, supervisors, and frontline hourly athletes — with empathy, clarity, and accountability in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding productivity, quality, and service level metrics while managing within defined financial constraints
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data, identify root causes, and implement effective, sustainable solutions
  • Experience operating computerized scanning equipment and PC-based inventory control programs, with comfort adopting new warehouse management technologies
  • Physical capability to perform the duties of the position, including lifting approximately 25 lbs., standing 8–10 hours per day, and walking up to 10 miles per day as needed
  • Superior emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and the interpersonal presence to build trust, resolve conflict, and align a large, diverse workforce around shared goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with fulfillment and manufacturing partners, finance, training, and internal operations to implement and drive strategic plans that improve productivity, quality, cost savings, and service levels
  • Serve as a liaison across supervisors, team leaders, and athletes to surface and resolve issues quickly, ensuring alignment and consistent execution across all shifts and departments
  • Inspire a team of 2–3 Managers, 3–10 Supervisors, and 50–350 full-time athletes through effective communication, mentorship, coaching, and recognition — developing supervisors into bigger leaders and building a culture of ownership at every level
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and workforce planning to optimize performance, and maximize team output through targeted training, motivation, and incentive programs
  • Meet and exceed service levels and quality expectations while operating within financial constraints, ensuring every athlete understands their role in delivering a world-class fan experience
  • Monitor program effectiveness, report productivity metrics to senior leadership, and use insights to continually raise the bar on customer satisfaction
  • Value and advocate for the customer perspective in every operational decision, ensuring internal and external customer needs are clearly understood and consistently met
  • Suggest and implement innovative solutions that improve customer satisfaction while reducing cost and complexity across the operation
  • Keep warehouse practices best in class by leveraging technology, process improvement, and innovation — identifying opportunities to drive revenue, reduce cost, and improve service levels
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills; challenge conventional approaches, think outside the box, and know how to find answers when they aren't immediately apparent
  • Influence strategy and vendor direction by identifying and recommending solutions that drive operational improvement and long-term competitive advantage
  • Conceptualize, launch, and deliver multiple improvement initiatives simultaneously and on time, maintaining clarity of direction even in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Drive a culture of safety as the operational foundation, utilizing 5S principles and empowering safety behaviors at all levels to maintain excellence and cleanliness throughout the facility
  • Own quality metrics related to athlete performance, providing clear, constructive feedback and direction that holds the team accountable and raises overall performance standards
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen — understand the financial levers of the operation and actively teach others how their decisions and behaviors connect to business outcomes
  • Model a culture of ownership in every customer and employee interaction, consistently reinforcing the values, behaviors, and standards expected of a championship team
