Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years in senior operations, management, or leadership roles, ideally in public relations, marketing, communications, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with C-suite executives on company-wide strategic initiatives, driving long-term business growth, and translating high-level objectives into actionable operational plans.
  • Experience handling complex, high-stakes operational challenges and resolving them through innovative, strategic solutions.
  • Strong financial acumen, including expertise in managing budgets, profit & loss analysis, financial forecasting, and cash-flow management.
  • A trusted, high-integrity individual with a track record of exercising discretion and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Proven ability to foster a strong, collaborative company culture aligned with organizational values.
  • Proficiency in operational software, project management tools, and emerging technologies relevant to public relations and business operations.
