About The Position

In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our organization. You won’t just be managing tasks; you’ll be coordinating a high-performing team of Regional Managers and Account Coordinators to foster a culture of integrity, trust, and exceptional client satisfaction. This critical role serves as a direct pipeline for growth, with a clear opportunity to promote into a Director role as you master our operations and scale our impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• A proven track record of facilitating healthy communication across cross-functional teams and managing operations.
• Current CPR/AED certification is required.
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel nationally approximately 25% of the time, including to our Colorado home office.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in Personal Training (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, or ACE)
• Group Fitness and/or Nutrition Coaching certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Operations Department including day-to-day, Regional Managers and Account Coordinator.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for 8+ accounts, including team hiring, training, and performance management.
• Serve as the champion of "Elevation Elite," our standard of excellence, ensuring all accounts meet our high benchmarks for quality.
• Partner with our teams to upskill staff and support business development through proposal collaboration and account startups.
• Manage administrative aspects of our engagement platforms and drive virtual programming initiatives.
