About The Position

Michels Corporation is seeking a Senior Operations Financial Manager to manage the process of compiling, analyzing, and sharing monthly financial results. This role involves assessing performance against key goals and communicating the narrative behind the numbers. The Senior Operations Financial Manager will collaborate with various teams within Michels, including Finance and internal customers, to identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement those improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with preference to Finance or Accounting, and 7+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
  • Experience working within an ERP driven financial management environment
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with financial reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
