About The Position

As a Senior Operational Excellence Manager at Honeywell, you will drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. You will develop and implement improvement strategies, identify and remove barriers to execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your work will help streamline processes, reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will also guide and support site leaders in achieving operational excellence. The position reports directly to the Plant Director and is based onsite in Nebraska City, Nebraska. For the first 90 days, new hires must be prepared to work onsite Monday through Friday.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in operational excellence or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
A proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others and drive change.
Experience working effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
