About The Position

Boeing’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Project, Asset, Construction and Engineering (PACE) Center of Expertise (COE) organization is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Operational Excellence Analyst to join our Operational Excellence team. In this role, you will support the Operational Excellence team in driving continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing organizational effectiveness across the PACE organization. The team oversees a broad portfolio of activities, including cross-functional initiatives, performance metrics and reporting, technology enablement, training and development, and strategic communications. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level
  • 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior leadership
  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
  • 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and integration of key PACE programs, plans, strategies, and processes to achieve business objectives within PACE
  • Collaborate, coordinate, and analyze data to validate results and ensure alignment between business priorities
  • Identify risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans to address potential challenges
  • Engage with leadership to obtain approvals and provide updates on project status and key initiatives
  • Collect, organize, and manage data in accordance with established processes to maintain visibility on program status, commitments, and compliance
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues impacting facilities operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners to foster collaboration and support business goals
  • Support emergent program requirements and ongoing business management activities
  • Leverage knowledge of facilities, project management, and operations to solve problems and coordinate cross-functional efforts
