The Senior Oncology Specialist will be responsible for achieving territory sales by creating and executing a comprehensive territory plan, delivering branded sales messages, executing planned programs, scheduling and following up with medical educational programs, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves utilizing internal and external relationships to service and manage accounts, ensuring product access, resolving reimbursement issues, and maintaining product contracts. A key aspect of the role is crafting an effective marketing strategy to drive sales, analyzing business effectiveness, and developing territory plans with the District Manager. The position requires passion for the products, continuous learning, and a focus on serving patients.
