The Senior Oncology Specialist will achieve territory sales by executing a comprehensive territory plan, delivering branded sales messages, executing programs, scheduling and following up with medical educational programs, and achieving sales targets. This role also involves servicing and managing accounts, ensuring product access, resolving reimbursement issues, and maintaining product contracts. A key aspect is crafting an effective marketing strategy, analyzing sales activity effectiveness, and developing territory plans with the District Manager. The role requires passion for products, continuous learning, and leveraging knowledge of Oncology, disease states, industry, regulatory, and competitive changes.
