About The Position

Unicon Systems is hiring a Senior Okta Consultant to join its team in a client-facing role focused on identity and access management. The consultant will design, implement, and optimize Okta solutions for enterprise clients, lead deployments, and advise on platform capabilities and IAM strategy. This is a remote position.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM), including hands-on Okta implementation experience.
Proficiency in Okta Workforce Identity and/or Customer Identity (CIAM) solutions.
Experience with SSO protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
Strong understanding of directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD.
Experience with API integrations, scripting (PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript), and REST APIs.
Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

Okta Certified Consultant, Administrator, or Developer certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize Okta identity and access management (IAM) solutions for enterprise clients.
Lead Okta deployments, including SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and API Access Management.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Okta platform capabilities, integrations, and best practices.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical IAM solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Okta configuration and integration issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and runbooks.
Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on IAM strategy and Okta platform adoption.
Stay current with Okta product updates, security trends, and Zero Trust frameworks.
